About The Book/Website

A few years ago, I was traveling to Florida to speak at a conference. It was the trip from hell! At the airport, during my8 hour delay, I began taking some notes about how awful the service was, how rude people were, and how clueless some people are and decided to do something about it. Since in my business, Not So Basic Training, we are all about helping companies be more successful through great systems and great human resources, I decided I needed to look at the other side of the equation – personal lives and people.  I started looking at categories of areas where we need more courtesy and kindness i.e. when traveling, when driving,personal courtesy, etc. When I looked down one day and saw the volume of notes I had, I decided it needed to be a book!

My goal in writing the book:

I want to change the world, one person at a time! I am passionate about people being respectful to each other and understanding that we are not alone on the planet.
