About the Author

Mitzi Taylor is the owner and operator of Not So Basic Training where she has been working with businesses and individuals since 2000 to help them with organization, communication and marketing processes. Mitzi currently resides in Muskegon, MI with her dog Lucy.

Her dream is to leave the world better than she found it and one of the ways she hopes to accomplish this is through her book series Not So Common Courtesy where she writes about ways we can all improve to make the world a better place.

Mitzi enjoys working alongside others to reach a common goal and hopes those reading the book series will help make the world a place where everyone is treated with kindness and respect.
